ROHS Compliance.

Our commitment to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) ensures that electrical products by 1st Millennium Electronics are free from hazardous materials such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and others, contributing to the overall reduction of environmental impact.

REACH Compliance.

REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. Registration is required for companies that either produce or import into the EU any substance in volumes that exceed one tonne per substance. 1st Millennium Electronics Ltd does not exceed this import amount, and is therefore not required to register. Additionally we have checked with all of our suppliers and to the best of our knowledge and belief all of the articles they supply to us are REACH compliant.

WEEE Compliance.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) compliance by 1st Millennium Electronics aims to encourage the design of electronic products with environmentally safe recycling and recovery in mind. Additionally, we take responsibility for the proper disposal and recycling of electronic waste, ensuring that end-of-life products are managed in a sustainable manner. We actively contribute to minimising the ecological footprint of electronic equipment. All applicable products for the EU market therefore have passed WEEE compliance and carry the "Wheelie Bin" mark.
